In order to assure quality and food safety of our wines, Viña Márquez has put a multiple-procedure, HACCP certified system in place, aiming to properly manage oenological inputs. This certification establishes safe practices that guarantee efficient and effective use of inputs, so that they represent no hazard for the consumer. |

Similarly, every input utilized during production, such as sanitizing and disinfecting products, are authorized and registered by EPA. This way we assure that the making of our wines means no health or environment hazard. |
